Morgan’s International Realty is a luxury real estate brokerage and property investment consultancy firm. Established in United Arab Emirate at a tipping point of the industry, to create an impact in a market empowered by a joint effort of the public and private sectors, aiming to change the perception of the market and market players.

Morgan’s Realty needed a brand structuring and repositioning compatible with its excellence, since the previous identity had some application problems and did not cover the entire context of Morgan as a luxury real estate company that also offers other services beyond real estate. Our challenge was to develop a new positioning and brand architecture for Morgan’s Realty that is coherent with its mission and that could be applied in all brand touchpoint across different facets of the company.
